where do I start with this absolutely joyless experience? the landlord had the charm of a soggy biscuit, and to top it off, my room was attached to another by the thinnest wall imaginable! i was ready to give a good review if only they'd offered me some much-needed special treatment for all the noise!

The lighting was terrible, but the shared bathroom was mostly clean.

Lovely garden for relaxing in peace.
I was thoroughly disappointed with the additional fees. It wasn't clearly stated that a cleaning charge of £20 would be added. the check-in service after 8:00 PM is unnecessarily steep. I felt unwelcome from the start due to the host's rude demeanor, which overshadowed any pleasant aspects of my stay.

Lovely stay with a touch of class
Had a great time here! The rooms are super spacious, and the heating was spot on, which was a lifesaver! The outdoor dining area was nice for enjoying the fresh air. The only thing is that the shared bathroom got a bit crowded at times. Still a fab place for a few nights!

The place is comfortable and clean, set in a tranquil neighborhood, making it easy to escape the city's hustle. The peaceful garden area is perfect for relaxation, and public transport options are conveniently close, allowing for quick access to downtown attractions.
The additional £20 service charge for cleaning was unexpectedly high and disappointing.

Had a great 6-night stay cleaning was on point and public transport made trips into central London super easy. Loved the peaceful location just outside the city chaos and ample parking made it a breeze to explore.
Nothing for me.

The neighbourhood was quite upscale, and the garden added a lovely touch. The house itself is beautiful, providing ample street parking, ideal for exploring Barnet. the shared bathroom did get a bit busy at times, which can be inconvenient during peak hours.

Couple's cozy retreat
The host welcomed us with a couple beers and we felt right at home immediately. Had a comfy double room and loved having coffee and water replenished every day.
It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but for what you get, it’s still acceptable.

Lovely garden and cooking facilities made my stay delightful. The nearby shops were decent, and cleanliness was on point! Quite the charming little spot.
The landlord had the charm of a soggy biscuit—good luck getting a smile! Oh, and the limited dining options left me dreaming of takeout.
